Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds/Exchanges will be honored provided we are contacted within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org Call us during store hours (302) 656-7463 for a return authorization. Product must be returned unused. All SALE items are final.
Although we make every effort to keep ample stock, occasionally an item may be unavailable at the time of your purchase request. If this occurs you will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours and this change will be reflected in your order total, as well as your shipping confirmation. We can special order certain products when they are not available in stock. If your item is not available, but qualifies for a special order we will notify you. Items that are special orders will result in a shipping delay.
Gift packaging is available upon request at no additional charge. We provide boxes or bags for jewelry and each item will be in one of our exclusive bags with signature tissue and sealed with an organza ribbon bow. Gift certificates are also available. Shipping on all domestic orders is a simple $5 flat rate, no matter how large your order! All packages will ship via UPS– no need for a coupon or a code. We are also happy to ship internationally. To initiate an international sale & get a shipping quote, please email us at email@example.com.
