- Upper material: Oiled leather Oiled leather is one of our favourite types of leather. Its oily waxed surface makes for a unique colour effect and develops a beautiful patina. The oily finish of our natural leather products results in colour variation, making each and every pair unique.
- Insole: Natural leather Natural leather can be recognized by its untreated surface. BIRKENSTOCK purposely does not treat surface grains and other characteristic features. BIRKENSTOCK uses sturdy leather with a thickness of 2.8 to 3.2
- Footbed material: Cork Cork is a sustainable material extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak. This natural product is insulating and offers very good cushioning.
- Outsole: EVA EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a high-quality, very light, elastic material with extremely good cushioning. As a result, it smooths out slight irregularities in the floor and ensures that every step is softly cushioned.

Shipping is $10 for all orders under $150. Items that are more then 3 pounds have a flat rate shipping of $15. These items will have a note in the item description.

Your purchase may be returned or exchanged 14 days following the date of receipt of your item(s). All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Returns will be processed with in 24-48 hours of delivery. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Upon a return being processed, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to be reflected in your bank account, depending on your banking partner.
