Due to the nature of our products, and their elaboration by hand, the design, size, color of the crystals and bracelet may change slightly.
We offer free shipping on every purchase of $150 or more. Local delivery, in store pickup and curbside pickup, are always free.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Shipping is $10 for all orders under $150. Items that are more then 3 pounds have a flat rate shipping of $15. These items will have a note in the item description.

Your purchase may be returned or exchanged 14 days following the date of receipt of your item(s). All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Returns will be processed with in 24-48 hours of delivery. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Upon a return being processed, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to be reflected in your bank account, depending on your banking partner.
