At Peter Kate, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return and refund process (within 14 days following the date of receipt of your item(s)) to ensure a hassle-free experience. All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind regarding a purchase. In such cases, we accept full returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. Please note that return shipping fees may apply. Refunds are offered as payment back to the original form of payment method used for your order or via a gift card, which can be used as store credit. Holiday Gifting

Holiday gift purchases are also eligible for refunds and returns. Do note that holiday gifts items purchased from Black Friday through Christmas Day can be refunded up until January 5th of the following year. What Our Customers are Required to Do to Initiate a Return/Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please utilize our refund portal - click HERE to start your return. Please note, we may request additional information or photos to facilitate the process.

Timeframe for Returns and Refunds

Returns are processed within 24-48 hours of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Upon a return being processed, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to be reflected in your bank account, depending on your banking partner. Additional details below:

  • Within 7 days of the delivery date - For refunds requested within 7 days of the delivery date, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • 8-14 days after the delivery date - For refunds requested 8-14 days after the delivery date, store credit will be issued instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website or in-store and will be valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

Please note: Refunds will not be provided for returns requested AFTER 14 days of receipt. However, requests made after this timeframe will still be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances. Our customer service team will evaluate your specific situation.
