Shipping policy

At Peter Kate, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped promptly to deliver your favorite styles straight to your door.

Shipping Methods

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship all packages from our store in Wilmington, Delaware.

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-7 business days.
  • Expedited & Overnight Shipping: While expedited and overnight shipping are not options made available to our customers in our checkout process, please note that customers can request expedited or overnight shipping by contacting the store and requesting pricing for options here.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders OVER $150.00 - Enjoy free shipping on all orders totaling $150.00 or more!
  • Orders UNDER $150.00 - For orders under $150, shipping is available at a flat rate of $10.00. Additionally, items weighing more than 3 pounds will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00. Please note that these items will be clearly marked in the item description.

Local Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery for all orders.  Delivery must be within 5 miles radius of the store address, 2303 Concord Pike, Wilmington, Delaware, 19803. 

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that order processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.

Shipping Holidays

Please note that our shipping carriers do not operate on major US-based holidays. Orders placed on or around these holidays may experience delays in processing and delivery. Our shipping carriers observe most US-based holidays.

Lost or Damaged Items

While it is rare, we know there can be issues with shipping carriers that are outside of our control, which may include lost or damaged items in transit. If you are experiencing extended delays on your order or have concerns about a lost or damaged order, please contact the store at info@peterkate.com or 302.656.7463.
